The mission of the Community Access Network is to promote health and wellness, and to provide affordable preventative and primary care health services. Our services are specially designed to support patients with complex medical issues, patients who are underinsured, and those who are underserved. Our vision is for all people to be empowered to lead healthy lives in a supportive community with access to the best healthcare. The majority of our board of directors receive their healthcare at Community Access Network, which ensures that we provide services that meet the needs of our community.


The Community Access Network provides services to patients regardless of their ability to pay or whether they have health insurance. Patients can apply to receive medical care at no or low cost. Our reduced fee program also applies to patients with high-deductible insurance plans.
