Meeting a need,
sharing a smile,
making a connection.
Free clothing was originally a part of the Food for Families program with a few racks of clothes off to the side.
By the end of 2019 it had outgrown the space and was relocated to a 1200 square-foot room at the Life Skills Institute, across the street in the Plaza's lower level. The popularity of this program has seen a dramatic increase, with 40,000 pounds of clothes and shoes for adults and children donated last year.
Today, The Clothing Connection has officially become our sixth program and is now in a space of its own - over 5,000 square feet - just around the corner, next to High Peak Sportswear.
